Through Step30 I’ve had the opportunity to come to know a lot of amazing people from different nations, races and social statuses; I would like to introduce to you one of them.
Meet Bosco; he is a 25-year-old young man, and you would never believe what he has gone through already.
Growing up in northern Uganda, his family was affected by the civil war. I remember him telling me all the stories of being a prisoner of war. For example, if anyone ever mentioned anything to the guards about being tired from working all day, they would take you under a tree and put you to “rest” forever.
Even though Bosco doesn’t have money or an outstanding education, he has devoted his life to serve God, and the people of Uganda. By the age of 25, he is now overseeing about 86 house churches, and looking after hundreds of people.
Don’t worry about your education, social status, or your circumstances. If you are willing, you can still change the world.
